Our Services

  • Why Choose an IOP?

IOP programs are ideal for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy can offer but who don’t require 24/7 supervision. Our IOP model allows you to:

➡ Maintain your job or schooling while receiving structured care

➡ Practice recovery tools in real-life settings

➡ Stay connected to your home environment and support system

➡ Receive highly personalized treatment tailored to your needs

➡ Transition smoothly from inpatient care or avoid hospitalization altogether

It’s a space for deep transformation that honors both your independence and your need for professional, focused support.

  • What We Offer

Recovery Clear Sky provides a structured yet flexible Intensive Outpatient Program designed for individuals seeking robust mental health or addiction treatment without the need for overnight stays. Our IOP offers the intensity of inpatient care with the freedom to continue living at home, working, studying, and staying connected to loved ones. It's the ideal middle ground between full-time residential treatment and traditional weekly therapy.

    Our IOP typically includes:

Group therapy (3–4 days/week, 3 hours/day) focused on connection, coping skills, relapse prevention, and peer support

Weekly individual counseling for personalized, goal-oriented support

Skill-building workshops covering emotional regulation, communication, and stress management

Medication management with psychiatric evaluation when needed

Family therapy and education to strengthen the support system around you

Holistic therapies such as mindfulness, movement, and creative expression

Discharge and aftercare planning to ensure long-term stability and success

Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, or dual diagnoses, our program is designed to meet you where you are and gently—but powerfully—guide you toward healing.
